At OvaHealth, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return guarantee under the following terms:
Cancellation and Order Modification
1.1 You can cancel or modify your order by emailing us at info@ovahealth.org.
1.2 If your order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait until you receive the product and follow the return process below. Since our products may ship internationally, transit times can vary. We encourage early cancellation requests to ensure a smooth process. Refunds for non-receipt of goods are only possible after 16 weeks from the order date.
1.3 Orders are processed and shipped immediately through our automated system. Refunds before receiving goods are only possible within 15 minutes of placing the order.
Returns and Refunds
2.1 We offer a 90-day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at info@ovahealth.org within 90 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
2.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2.3 Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
2.4 Products must be returned in original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Damaged or unsuitable items will not be eligible for a refund.
2.5 Once your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.
2.6 To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number to guarantee your return can be properly tracked and processed.
